Our voice is our God-given gift. It is the instrument to help keep our bodies aligned, open and receptive. Many of us in the modern world have shut our voices out or off completely. This session is a powerful way to begin to tune into the healing power of your voice. It is an intuitive experience where we will use different singing techniques such as vocal toning, chanting mantra, and creative expression. You will leave this session feeling empowered, more aligned with your truth and more easily able to express yourself.
