Upcoming Retreats:
My Story
My path into sound meditation has evolved through years of personal practice, motherhood, and a sustained exploration of mindfulness and nervous system regulation. I am particularly interested in how sound, rhythm, and breath influence states of stress and recovery, supporting the body’s capacity to shift out of sympathetic activation and into parasympathetic restoration.
In 2016, I completed a certification in Music, Voice, and Sound Healing under the guidance of Silvia Nakkach at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, alongside training with professional musicians, artists, and sound practitioners.
Since then, my offerings have expanded to include private and group sound baths, corporate sound baths, retreat collaborations, workshops, and integrative wellness experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and embodied recovery. Whether working with individuals, retreat groups, or corporate teams, my intention is to create environments that help quiet cognitive overload, restore physiological balance, and support a deeper return to presence.

Sound & Nervous System
Sound meditation is an immersive practice that uses rhythm, frequency, and vibration to influence states of awareness and physiological regulation. When experienced in a supported environment, sound can help shift the nervous system out of patterns of stress activation and into states associated with rest, recovery, and integration.
From a nervous system perspective, these experiences are often used to support down-regulation of sympathetic activation (commonly associated with stress and cognitive overload) and to encourage access to parasympathetic states linked to restoration, clarity, and recalibration.
Rather than requiring effort or technique, sound provides an external field of coherence that the body can naturally respond to. This makes it especially supportive in high-demand environments where cognitive activity is constant and recovery is often limited.
In my work, sound is used as a structured, intentional medium to support presence, reduce sensory and cognitive overload, and create space for embodied restoration—whether in group settings, corporate environments, or immersive retreats.
