Golden Interlude: Monthly Sound Bath

There is a particular quality to the light at the end of a sound meditation. Soft. Warm. As if something inside you has been quietly restored.

Golden Interlude is a monthly two-hour gathering built around that feeling. A beautiful evening of immersive sound meditation using crystal bowls, gongs, and carefully chosen instruments, followed by a special collaboration each month, gentle conversation, and unhurried community connection as you slowly return to yourself.

The evening opens with Sarah Pascual guiding us through a restorative somatic movement practice — a gentle invitation to arrive fully, release the week, and settle into your body. As the movement stills, Lindsey layers in sound — crystal bowls, gongs, and an array of resonant instruments, drawing the practice into a deep, immersive sound bath.

We close the evening upstairs on the rooftop, where views of Princeton Harbor stretch out before us, with organic treats and warm cups…
