About the event
There is a particular quality to the light at the end of a sound meditation. Soft. Warm. As if something inside you has been quietly restored.
Golden Interlude is a monthly two-hour gathering built around that feeling. A beautiful evening of immersive sound meditation using crystal bowls, gongs, and carefully chosen instruments, followed by a special collaboration each month, gentle conversation, and unhurried community connection as you slowly return to yourself.
The evening will begin with a deeply grounding sound bath by Lindsey. We will then make our way to the rooftop with gorgeous October sunset views of the Pillar Point Harbor. We will enjoy a beautiful spread of organic desserts & refreshments prepared by Chef Mariana, along with community connection and good vibes always.
No experience necessary. No agenda. Just sound, stillness, and the rare gift of being completely present.
